Job Overview:
Our highly skilled carpenters complete a variety of home remodeling and repair projects for our clients. They work with the Project Coordinator to ensure the project is completed within scope and on time, they lead a small crew to complete projects, and work with specialty trades on the job site. They are well rounded in all aspects of carpentry and can complete carpentry tasks without guidance. They are hardworking, reliable team players with good communication and organizational skills. They have a can-do, great attitude. They provide excellent customer service while working in our clients’ homes.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 3+ years of carpentry experience
Framing and Finishing skills
Desire to continue excelling in their career
Ability to work as a team with the Project Coordinator, the JM crew, as well as with subcontractors
Leadership skills and experience running a small crew
Excellent communication skills with both the JM team and our clients
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem solver
Good organizational skills and desire to keep a clean and organized work area and company truck and trailer
Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects
Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials

Valid drivers license

The Carpenter Assistant supports carpenters in the construction, renovation, and repair of homes and residential buildings. This position assists with framing, finish carpentry, material handling, site preparation, and general labor duties while learning residential construction techniques from an experienced carpenter.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist carpenters with residential framing, roofing, siding, decking, and finish carpentry projects.
Measure, cut, and prepare building materials according to project specifications.
Load, unload, and transport lumber, tools, equipment, and construction materials.
Install or assist with the installation of doors, windows, trim, cabinets, flooring, and other residential building components.
Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after construction activities.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assist with demolition, remodeling, and renovation projects.
Set up and maintain ladders, scaffolding, and temporary work platforms.
Follow construction plans, measurements, and directions from supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Comply with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous residential construction or carpentry experience preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn carpentry skills.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces.
Manual dexterity to safely use hand and power tools.
Work Environment
Residential construction sites, including new home construction and remodeling projects.
Exposure to dust, noise, weather conditions, and construction equipment.
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, and work boots.
Preferred Skills
Basic framing and carpentry knowledge.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Knowledge of residential building practices and safety procedures.
Job Tyle: Full-time and year-round
Pay: $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience. (Foremen earn $30-45/hour)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (OT likely)

Position Summary
The Client Services Representative provides administrative and client support to the Project Consultants and helps drive business growth by coordinating leads, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with project sales activities. This role serves as a liaison between clients and Project Consultants to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist the Project Consultants with lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-up.
Answer phone calls and respond to email and online inquiries.
Track and manage sales opportunities through the company's CRM system.
Schedule consultation appointments, site visits, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project opportunities.
Client Relations
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, project status, and scheduling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and prospective clients.
Respond promptly to client questions and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate communication between clients and internal project teams.
Administrative Support
Prepare sales reports, project documentation, and correspondence.
Maintain client databases, files, and project records.
Support marketing efforts, client outreach, and referral programs.
Project Coordination
Assist with project scheduling and job setup activities.

Qualifications
High school diploma required

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with CRM software and project management platforms is preferred.
